The property (the plot and the buildings):

The plot is approximately the size of 1 ha and it lies on its own peninsula by the lake. The plot overlooks the lake west of Villa Marjoniemi and it has about 250 m of its own shoreline.

There are five buildings on the southern part of the plot surrounded by pine, birch and spruce trees, common alders and rowans. At the highest point of the plot stands a massive pine log house which was built in 2005.

This main building can be heated with both electricity and wood, and it is equipped with mod cons. It has a spacious living-room with an adjoining kitchen (kitchenette), a landscape bay, two bedrooms, one bedroom in the tower, and a shower/toilet. The separate sauna building has a terrace facing the lake and the beach. The lake is shallow, sandy, and child-friendly nearby. There is a wood stove in the sauna and the shower room and the lounge have underfloor heating. In addition, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a wood burner designed to retain heat in the lounge.
